Property Manager (Retail)

Hannay Realty Advisors, a growing commercial real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a professionally experienced Property Manager to manage a retail property portfolio. Position Requires:

• Current AZ State Real Estate License
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or other related discipline
• 2 years recent property management experience.  The required experience should have an emphasis on managing retail properties and NNN leases.  The candidate shall  have extensive experience and understanding of the following:  creating annual budgets, review of CAM reconciliation and construction and TI oversight, lease abstracts, CC&R reviews and legal documents affiliated with shopping center management.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiencies
• Accounting Software such as MRI proficiency preferred
• Strong financial knowledge
• Strong reporting capabilities
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and continually heavy, demanding work load
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptionally strong customer service orientation and tenant relationship skills
