Dan Schweikert brings more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate business to Hannay Realty Advisors. He has expertise in property management, commercial development and brokerage.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Dan worked for a Phoenix company specializing in commercial real estate. During his tenure there, Dan worked with multiple departments including property maintenance, property management, brokerage and development. He oversaw the accounting for the brokerage division, managed the accounting of dozens of retail development projects and created new processes and procedures for the property management division after converting the company’s software.

Most recently, Dan was with De Rito Partners, Inc., a real estate brokerage and development company. There he served as the organization’s chief accountant. While at De Rito, he helped establish a property management division and made sure contractual obligations were met on ground leases, JV agreements and employment agreements.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona and a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs.
