John Schweikert,

Vice President

John Schweikert brings nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Hannay Realty Advisors with background in brokerage, management and development of retail and shopping center assets.

As Vice President, John is responsible for strategic oversight of all retail assets managed by the company as well as their business development efforts.  Most recently he has been involved with numerous Hannay receivership assignments for retail properties.

Prior to joining Hannay, John worked for a number of leading brokerage firms in the Phoenix market and specialized in shopping center leasing, pre-leasing and pad sales.  John’s focus was Landlord representation where his clients included local investors and institutional investment firms.

Beyond his extensive experience in commercial brokerage, John has background in the development of retail properties throughout the Phoenix metro area.  John also served as managing director of a local development company where he was responsible for company operations including site selection, financial analysis, land acquisition, project pro formas, leasing and project development.

John is licensed in Arizona and Nevada as a designated broker and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Real Estate.
