Paul G. Asher,

Director of Property Management

Paul Asher has nearly 10 years of property and asset management experience in the Phoenix metro area. He has managed large power centers, opened multi-use developments consisting of Class A office space and high-end residential units and managed Class A retail shopping centers.

During his tenure with Vestar Property Management Company, he managed a large portfolio of Class A retail shopping centers totaling over 2.5 million square feet. He was responsible for all operational aspects from budgeting and reporting to leasing and tenant relations as well as maintenance.

At Related Urban Management, Paul opened Phase 1 of CityNorth in Phoenix’s upscale Desert Ridge community. This phase of the project consisted of 175,000 square feet of Class A retail space, 300,000 square feet of Class A office space and 99 high-end residential units. He handled all pre-opening operational aspects of the project in addition to managing a staff of over 30 people.

Most recently, Paul worked for Kitchell Development Company as an Asset Manager heading up the property management department. In addition to managing 14 employees, he was responsible for budgeting, reporting and daily operations for all management accounts and relationships with third party clients. In the latter capacity, he managed a 1 million square foot power center including budgeting, monthly variance reports and cash flow analysis as well as coordinating leasing and gross sales analysis.

Paul brings strong property management, relationship building, cost analysis and ground-up construction management skills to the Hannay team. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development. He holds a State of Arizona Real Estate License and is a member of ICSC and ULI.
