Reid Bracken,

Senior Asset Manager

Reid Bracken brings over twenty five years of commercial real estate experience to Hannay Realty Advisors having worked in all phases of property management, brokerage and construction both in the United States and the Asia Pacific.

Upon graduation from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Reid worked as a consulting engineer providing mechanical design, construction management and owner representation services on projects throughout the Southwest United States. He has experience working with major bonding companies and has also provided mediation and resolution services to commercial construction disputes and claims caused by contractor default.

Moving into commercial real estate in 1989, Reid led his own firm through the challenging real estate market of the early 1990’s administering all property management, leasing and tenant improvement operations for an over one-million square foot commercial real estate portfolio of office, retail, multi-family and self-storage properties.

His firm also worked with the RTC and various lenders instituting receivership, property management and workout plans for distressed commercial properties. During this period, Reid also operated one of the largest self storage portfolios in the Western United States with multiple facilities in four States.

His firm expanded into the Asia Pacific during the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997 and assisted individuals, financial institutions and family trusts in the workout, property management and sales of high-rise residential and apartment towers in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. His accomplishments in Asia include establishing a regional corporate relocation service working with multinational companies requiring turn key logistical support in opening new corporate operations and establishing residency for their expatriate sta in major cities throughout Southeast Asia.

Reid has numerous licenses including an Arizona Real Estate Brokers license, an Arizona Commercial Contractors license and a Property Development certification from the Thailand Ministry of Commerce.
