Asset Manager

Tyler Hannay joined Hannay Realty Advisors as Asset Manager in 2010 after spending four years with CB Richard Ellis in Phoenix.

At Hannay Realty Advisors, Tyler Hannay is responsible for overseeing office portfolio operations and leasing across the Western United States for approximately two million square feet of space.  He also performs financial analysis and underwriting for owned or managed commercial assets as well as overseeing court-ordered Receivership appointments and takeovers.

During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis as a sales associate, Hannay procured and assisted in real estate related transactions in excess of $20,000,000.

Hannay graduated from Arizona State University in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Economic History.   Currently he is pursuing a Masters Degree of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
