The Hannay Family began its tenure in the Arizona real estate industry nearly 50 years ago. After spending 30 years focused on the residential real estate market in Northern Arizona, the company expanded in 1988 into commercial properties located in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Since that time, Hannay Realty Advisors has concentrated on investment and management of commercial properties in the Phoenix area. Initial acquisitions fell within the flex industrial category and subsequent purchases have included landmark Class A office properties and dynamic, high quality retail centers.

The firm has purchased properties during times of optimal opportunity and positioned assets well in the marketplace. Assets have been sold to take advantage of strong market conditions and to maximize profitability. Hannay, with its thoughtful approach, has proven itself a respected, knowledgeable and successful member of the real estate investment community. Today the company has broadened its stature and scope beyond investment and property management to include a wide array of commercial real estate services from receivership and lender advisory services to brokerage and maintenance services.
